Welcome to the Mongolia and East Asian Pacific Parliamentary Strengthening Learning Program

Thank you for joining the Parliamentary Strengthening Learning Program for Mongolia and East Asia and the Pacific! The modules in this series have been adapted specifically for the parliamentary community in the East Asian region with a particular focus towards Mongolia. Beginning in March we will offer two modules related to the Budget, the first involves the Role of Parliaments in Public Finance and the second The Role of the Parliamentary Budget Office. These learning modules are delivered through moderated distance learning, which means that you will both have the opportunity to communicate in dialogues and debates through our discussion board and hear from our expert Moderator, Anthony Staddon.

We invite you to register for the courses and we will be in touch with details about participating closer to the start date.

Interested in other modules in our series? We invite you to register to participate with an international audience for our upcoming courses this year, Climate Change, Budget and Extractive Industries from our homepage.

You may contact Brooke Prater at parliamentarystrengthening@gmail.com with any further questions. We look forward to learning with you!
